We took a seaplane to get to Friday Harbor, the biggest town on San Juan Island. What we saw of the island was very quaint and cute. I am spending the next few weeks on a small island 10 minutes away by boat. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Today we went from Can Tho to Phu Quoc. It is an island that is closer to Cambodia, but it’s Vietnamese. We were lucky because the new airport just opened on the 15th of December and it is really nice and new. This is supposed to be an off week for celebrating Hanukkah and Christmas. Read More …
