Now we are in Kyoto. We got here via bullet train. It is the fastest train in the world.
Kyoto wasn’t like Tokyo at all. It is much more old fashioned and there are geisha ladies walking around. Kyoto has hardly any tall buildings and it is much smaller than Tokyo.
The main attractions are some old Buddhist and Shinto temples. There is also a Takashimaya there. It is a cool store with a great food hall in the basement.
