Today in Brussels, we went to a chocolate place called Zaabar. We took a class where we got to make things out of chocolate. First we made truffles. Then we made these weird chocolate dots. You made a circle out of chocolate and then you could top it with nuts and fruit. The best part was you got to make your own chocolate bar. There were a lot of yummy things you could put in your candy bar mold, like ginger and chili pepper. I made mine very random and put all kinds of spices in there like sage and lavender. Most of my candy didn’t make it out of the store. I am saving my candy bar. It was a very fun day.
